You’ll be steering the ship across multiple operational domains, ensuring our products are made with precision, delivered on time, and supported by a thriving team culture. This role offers the chance to lead a large, established operation that is evolving to meet the demands of a modern, technology-enabled supply chain. The organization has deep operational knowledge and a strong understanding of “the Revlon way,” and is now seeking external perspective, fresh thinking, and best-in-class practices to take performance to the next level.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, including 10+ years at the senior management level.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing, distribution, supply planning, and engineering.
  • Experience in high-volume, multi-SKU, multi-shift CPG manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, warehousing, and site security, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Lead production to meet customer demand, service levels, and cost targets while maintaining top-tier quality.
  • Analyze forecasts and align manufacturing capacity to support business plans.
  • Optimize production processes and evaluate in-house vs. outsourced opportunities for efficiency.
  • Drive productivity through value analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, standards, and performance tracking.
  • Lead long-term capital planning and strategic plant improvements.
  • Maintain accountability for a total expenditure of $335M, including overhead, labor, and materials.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, EPA) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Monitor and implement control measures to proactively address potential issues.
  • Champion quality across all manufactured products and maintain a strong safety record.
  • Partner with teams across Distribution, Engineering, R&D/Quality, Supply Planning, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR to achieve shared goals.
  • Set clear business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talent across exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Provide fact-based feedback, coaching, and career development conversations.
  • Build succession plans and ensure ongoing training and development.
