About The Position

The Vice President of Operations will oversee multiple corporate dining locations in the NYC area. The VP of Operations plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the corporate leadership team, operational teams, and our clients. They collaborate on strategic planning, business growth and development, financial management, and fostering a culture of excellence. The core focus areas of this role encompass developing and aligning objectives among R/A and the client portfolio. It involves setting and maintaining high operational standards through the application of extensive business, culinary, and hospitality expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of complex, multi-unit food and beverage management experience.
  • Multi-unit restaurant, corporate dining, or hotel experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for food and hospitality.
  • Proven financial responsibility.
  • Proven coaching and teaching skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management.
  • Familiarity with business scaling and change management.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive long-term vision.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to quality.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
