About The Position

Commonwealth Partners Chamber of Entrepreneurs is a membership association that engages entrepreneurs to lead free-market political and policy change in Pennsylvania. Now in its 10th year of operations, the organization brings together business leaders and entrepreneurs who believe in economic freedom, constitutional government, and the power of principled leadership to shape public life — with the goal of building a stronger Pennsylvania. The VP of Strategic Partnerships is a major-gifts officer role that reports directly to the President & CEO. The person in this seat will own a portfolio of current and prospective members and donors, develop and execute cultivation and solicitation strategies, and partner closely with the CEO on relationship strategy and meeting preparation. Commonwealth Partners is a 501c6 with a full suite of affiliated operations including a 501c3, 501c4, state political action committees, and a federal Super PAC. In our experience working with Commonwealth Partners, the candidates who thrive here are relationship builders with real discipline — people who are comfortable in the room with high-capacity entrepreneurs and executives, who can build trust quickly, and who enjoy bringing order and follow-through to a portfolio with a lot of moving pieces. This role can grow along with the organization over time and may open pathways into broader development responsibility.
