Having recently surpassed $100M in revenue, we are experiencing rapid growth and differentiating ourselves in a market saturated with AI point solutions and legacy contact centers that fail to deliver peak performance. We are seeking a VP of Solutions Engineering to lead and scale our global pre-sales engineering function across the US and EMEA during a critical growth phase for Crescendo. This executive role comes with P&L responsibility, a position on the Go-To-Market leadership team, and significant influence over our market strategy. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing, distributed team of Solutions Engineers, establish benchmarks for technical excellence and customer storytelling, and act as a crucial link between our product, field sales, and enterprise clients. This role involves shaping our product narrative in competitive scenarios, translating market feedback into product roadmap influence, and ensuring Crescendo achieves technical wins across its AI-native CX capabilities and managed services.
