Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, startup-experienced Vice President of Sales who can drive revenue from day one. This role is for a builder — someone who has created sales engines from scratch, personally closed enterprise healthcare deals, and thrives under pressure with minimal structure. This is not a role for someone who needs months to ramp up or expects a fully built sales organization. You will sell, build, coach, and execute simultaneously.
