About The Position

The Vice President of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive new business growth in commercial cleaning and facility services across Grupo EULEN’s markets. This role leads and inspires the sales organization to exceed revenue targets, expand market share, and achieve the company’s strategic business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within facility cleaning or facility management services.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies resulting in significant revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the facility services industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop pricing and business models.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel extensively as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth in commercial cleaning and facility services.
• Build, mentor, and oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and a high-performance culture.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and business partners to expand the company’s market presence.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and refine sales tactics.
• Set aggressive sales targets and objectives; monitor progress and drive accountability across the sales organization.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and contracts that align with both client requirements and organizational profitability goals.
• Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to ensure seamless implementation of new contracts and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Represent Grupo EULEN at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, strengthening brand awareness and generating qualified leads.
• Establish robust sales metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and forecast growth accurately.
• Champion a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements in sales processes and client interactions.
