Innovative Computer Solutions (ICS) is a leading provider of POS, ecommerce, and payment solutions built specifically for independent wine and liquor retailers. Our mission is to deliver the fastest, most reliable checkout and inventory system in the industry—backed by superior support and continuous innovation. We are expanding nationally and launching major new products in 2026 and beyond. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced VP of Sales & Marketing to lead our revenue strategy, scale our sales organization, expand into new territories, and strengthen our marketing engine. Reporting directly to the company President, the VP of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. This position staffs and directs the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s annual budget, its vision, and its values. The VP of Sales & Marketing establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base alongside the day-to-day management of the sales team. The individual will also contribute to the development of the team through sales training and mentoring them in the field. The individual should be dynamic, self-assured, and confident interacting with a full range of clients. The VP of Sales & Marketing will be a member of the Executive Team and will work closely with other members to create a vision and strategy for the company.
