As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the VP of Marketing will report to our Chief Client Officer and lead the strategy and execution of marketing efforts that not only drive growth for IDX, but also clearly communicate the measurable impact we deliver for our clients. You will ensure that client outcomes, success stories, and real performance results are at the heart of everything we share with the market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within performance marketing or client-driven environments
  • A proven ability to build marketing strategies centered on customer outcomes and business impact
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams across multiple locations

Responsibilities

  • Customer-Centric Marketing Strategy Develop and execute a marketing strategy rooted in client needs, outcomes, and long-term value
  • Align marketing initiatives to directly support Customer Success and Sales teams, ensuring messaging, campaigns, and content help drive client adoption, satisfaction, and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across IDX to create seamless experiences across the full customer lifecycle
  • Performance Marketing Leadership Translate performance data and client results into clear, compelling stories that resonate with prospects and existing clients
  • Support demand generation efforts that attract the right customers and enable Sales to convert and grow accounts
  • Continuously refine messaging based on client insights, feedback, and performance learnings
  • Executive Communication & Presentations Lead high-impact presentations that clearly communicate IDX’s value proposition and client impact
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams in delivering client-focused presentations and materials
  • Act as a trusted marketing voice in executive, client, and industry settings
  • Events & Relationship Building Own the strategy and execution of events designed to educate, connect, and engage clients and prospects
  • Create experiences that strengthen relationships and reinforce IDX as a trusted performance partner
  • Ensure events deliver meaningful value for attendees, not just visibility
  • Brand Awareness Built on Trust Grow brand awareness by consistently highlighting real client success and proven outcomes
  • Ensure IDX’s brand reflects credibility, transparency, and customer-first thinking
  • Identify opportunities to position IDX as a trusted leader within the performance marketing space
  • Champion Client Stories Partner closely with clients and internal teams to capture authentic success stories
  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and narratives that showcase measurable results
  • Provide Sales and Customer Success teams with content and stories that help win new business and deepen client relationships
