The Vice President of Sales and Marketing is accountable for revenue growth, brand positioning, and demand generation across all Clear Group entities. This role owns the full go-to-market engine from pipeline strategy and client acquisition to brand narrative, estimating alignment, and long-term market positioning. This is a strategic leadership role, not a quota-only sales position. The VP of Sales and Marketing builds systems, teams, and repeatable processes that scale Clear Group toward its long-term vision of becoming a fully integrated, in-house design-build firm capable of executing projects of any size or complexity. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing reports directly to the President and works laterally with leadership across Construction, Architecture, Millwork, Tradework, Development, and Administration. This role is based on-site in our Santa Barbara, CA office, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate.
