About The Position

IntellaQuest is seeking a Vice President of Product to be the company's first executive product leader. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, this role will own product strategy, roadmap, and product management while building the product function from the ground up. This is an opportunity to establish operating cadence, product processes, customer discovery discipline, and organizational structure. The VP of Product will serve as the executive voice of the customer, partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation to ensure product investments solve meaningful customer problems and support company growth objectives. The ideal candidate is comfortable with strategic executive-level thinking and hands-on execution, thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building organizations from scratch, and balances customer empathy with product conviction. Regular travel to customers and the engineering team in Skopje is expected.

Requirements

Senior-most product leader in a B2B SaaS organization, owning product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution through meaningful company growth.
Experience building or transforming a Product organization and establishing scalable product processes while remaining hands-on when needed.
Successfully partnered with CEOs and executive leadership teams to shape business strategy and drive company-wide alignment.
Developed products for complex, operations-driven enterprise customers, ideally in manufacturing, EHS, quality management, supply chain, or adjacent industrial software.
Successfully built products for upper mid-market or enterprise customers and understand the demands of complex B2B SaaS environments.
Exceptional cross-functional leader who can influence Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders while balancing strategic thinking with decisive execution.
Actively leverages AI to improve both product strategy and personal productivity, applying strong judgment when evaluating AI-generated output and using modern AI tools responsibly.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited by the opportunity to build an executive Product function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Own IntellaQuest's product vision, strategy, and roadmap as the company's first executive product leader, partnering directly with the CEO to shape the future of the business.
Build and lead the Product organization from the ground up, establishing product management processes, operating rhythms, KPIs, and hiring the team over time.
Drive company-wide product prioritization, balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities, technical investment, and long-term platform strategy.
Serve as the executive voice of the customer through frequent customer engagement, translating complex manufacturing, quality, and compliance workflows into intuitive software solutions.
Partner as a peer with Engineering leadership to create healthy product and engineering collaboration while ensuring customer outcomes remain at the center of product decisions.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Engineering to align product strategy with company growth objectives.
Recruit, mentor, and develop future Product Managers while remaining hands-on as the company's first product leader.
Shape how AI capabilities are incorporated into both the product roadmap and the way the product organization operates, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate your own effectiveness.
