About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Vice President of Product to lead our engineering team and shape the future of our digital health platform. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery across our suite of digital health solutions. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and ensure that product initiatives are aligned with company strategy and customer needs. This is a highly hands-on leadership role that combines cross-departmental orchestration with day-to-day execution. The VP of Product will ensure alignment across engineering, operations, clinical, growth, and member experience and keep the entire organization moving in the same direction. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business strategy. Candidates must be excited to build and scale transformational digital health products.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 in senior or executive product leadership roles.
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or adjacent regulated industries (e.g., wellness, health optimization, health services, telemedicine, health data platforms).
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering and design counterparts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing product, engineering, and design teams — including managing contractors and external agencies.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of developing business cases and influencing roadmap prioritization at the executive level.
  • Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Passion for improving health outcomes through technology-driven solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with health data standards, controlled substances, clinical systems, or regulated software (HIPAA, FHIR, HITRUST).
  • Background in analytics, behavioral science, or health optimization programs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and continually refine the long-term product vision and strategy for our digital health ecosystem.
  • Translate company objectives into clear product goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop compelling business cases to evaluate opportunities, influence prioritization, and drive decisions at the leadership level.
  • Drive product decisions that directly improve membership unit economics, including LTV, payback, and churn.
  • Lead and mentor the product organization, including direct oversight of the Director of Engineering, and Program Manager to ensure clear ownership, prioritization, and execution across the engineering team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Own the company-wide product prioritization process: facilitate trade-offs across teams, sequence work, and ensure that the roadmap reflects both strategic goals and current constraints.
  • Build and scale engineering and design capabilities using a flexible, project-based resource model (internal teams + external partners).
  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch, iteration, and scaling.
  • Implement rigorous prioritization frameworks that balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive predictable delivery across cross-functional product squads and ensure organizational alignment on roadmap and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and design team to build development-ready epics and user stories.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, clinical workflows, and market dynamics in the digital health and health tech landscape.
  • Leverage insights from the consumer acquisition journey to inform product decisions that improve early member activation and adoption.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging opportunities to strengthen product differentiation.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to gather insights and validate product hypotheses.
  • Establish best-in-class product management processes, rituals, and standards across the organization.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure clear tracking of product performance and outcomes.
  • Optimize resource allocation across initiatives to maximize impact and velocity.
  • Drive continuous optimization of the membership lifecycle by identifying friction points across onboarding, engagement, and renewal workflows.
