As the Vice President, Product, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a transformative curation platform, shaping the future of digital advertising. This platform will empower advertisers and publishers by seamlessly integrating inventory targeting, data onboarding, third-party segment enhancements, and advanced performance optimization tools into a unified solution. You will oversee a talented team, each managing teams of dedicated engineering resources. Your leadership will drive collaboration, innovation, and excellence across teams, ensuring the platform meets market demands and sets new industry standards. Requirements

  • Significant experience leading and scaling a global product organization and proven ability to build and organize high-performing, execution-oriented teams.
  • Proven operational rigor for high-velocity innovation, release, and delivery cycles.
  • Domain depth in AdTech; ideally, SSPs and curation.
  • Creative and inspiring communicator, evangelizing strategy/story-telling and vision with employees, customers, investors, and market influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and next wave of product investments to accelerate OpenX’s leadership in the marketplace and curation product line.
  • Develop deep empathy with agencies, understand their objectives and needs, and create new workflows to drive speed and increase user experience.
  • Lead and scale an industry-leading product team and foster a collaborative environment that rewards creativity and execution.
  • Communicate profoundly and frequently with customers, evangelize products internally and at industry events, and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the ELT to help further mature and commercialize the product and organization.
