Requirements

10+ years of experience in OEM, dealership, fleet or similar vehicle & delivery operations.
Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in fast-growing environments.
Strong operator mindset: execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes.
Strong leadership presence: experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Passion for electric vehicles, technology, and building category-defining growth businesses.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions & accountability.
Familiarity with modern ops tooling (recon mgmt tools, inventory systems, etc).
Comfort working closely with product & eng. on system design, integration, and automation.
Experience implementing SOPs, SLAs, and performance scorecards.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Excel / Google Sheet skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Ever’s nationwide vehicle & delivery operations, including our EV supply, logistics, inspections, reconditioning, merchandising, delivery, and ownership services – reporting directly to our COO.
Partner closely with our C-suite, finance, product & engineering, and sales to build a smart end-to-end operation – from customer-facing purchase & sales experience to our EV supply & delivery, and vice versa.
Scale Ever vehicle & delivery operations in San Francisco and lead the rapid nationwide expansion of our vehicle & delivery operations as our footprint expands.
Own the day-to-day execution of our inventory flow from vehicle acquisition through customer delivery across all Ever sites – ensuring speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Build, scale, and continuously improve Ever’s operational processes and resources in supply, logistics, inspections, reconditioning, merchandising, delivery, and ownership services – across all Ever sites.
Define and track operational KPIs in vehicle & delivery operations (turn time, ADR, cost per unit, quality metrics, customer satisfaction, and more) and drive accountability.
Hire, develop, and lead the #1 operations team in the market as Ever scales nationwide.
