About The Position

Watchkeep — the Managed Services division of Fraser Advanced Information Systems — is seeking a visionary Vice President of Operations to drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence across our rapidly expanding managed services business. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who thrives on building scalable systems, developing high-performing teams, and creating extraordinary client experiences. As the VP of Operations, you’ll oversee all aspects of Watchkeep’s operations. You’ll shape strategy, define new offerings, and lead a talented team that ensures our clients receive the gold standard in service and support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Managed Services or B2B operations, with 5+ years in executive or senior management roles.
  • Proven experience with P&L ownership and scaling service-based business units.
  • Expertise in managed services delivery, infrastructure, and networking environments.
  • Strong communication and executive presence — able to influence, present, and build trust at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, managing change, and implementing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the operational strategy to support company growth and revenue goals.
  • Define and deliver new managed service offerings and advanced solutions.
  • Build business plans, manage P&L, and maintain recurring revenue contracts.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to evolve Watchkeep’s long-term business model and industry position.
  • Oversee daily operations for multiple lines of business, ensuring high performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and refine processes for onboarding, monitoring, and support aligned with best-practice frameworks.
  • Help drive service improvements and operational efficiency through analytics, automation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with Sales and Service Delivery to ensure seamless execution from presales through ongoing client success.
  • Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable culture across Watchkeep and Fraser.
  • Empower leaders to drive performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Serve as an executive escalation point and trusted partner for key clients.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and ensure every client experiences the Watchkeep Gold Standard of service.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to align operational capabilities with growth strategies.
  • Enable the sales team with senior-level support for presentations and opportunity development.
