About The Position

The VP of Operations is focused on leading all day-to-day operational aspects of the business, while ensuring adherence to Kingdom-based company culture, standards, policies, and procedures. Will have day-to-day responsibilities over all operational activities including overseeing District Vice Presidents, Site Leaders, site level P&Ls, new site launches, implementation of on-going training & safety initiatives, membership growth, among others. The VP of Operations will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and relationship skills
  • Strong leadership and accountability skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of car wash industry experience
  • Experience managing multi-site car wash operations, ideally for industry-leading brands
  • Prior P&L responsibility with clear understanding of financial drivers and metrics
  • Very high attention to detail aimed at a strong focus on operational and customer excellence
  • High personal standards in accordance with company standards
  • Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of leadership practices
  • Demonstrated project and budget management skills
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in technology and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Set the foundation of a positive Kingdom-based culture driven on the company’s values
  • Establish a healthy working rapport and effective communications with all team members throughout the company
  • Hold accountability through unwavering commitment to enforcing company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Lead day-to-day operations
  • Drive performance through monitoring key performance indicators and taking corrective action when needed
  • Provide regular performance updates and the state of the day-to-day operations to the COO
  • Organize and lead daily/weekly meetings that drive focus and direct attention on the performance and standards of the company
  • Drive customer retention by delivering the intended customer experience consistently across all sites.
  • Investigate, address, and analyze customer incidents, complaints and feedback to gain insights.
  • Develop and propose solutions to improve the products, services and customer experience.
  • Partner with operations, marketing, field leadership and HR to develop and execute strategies, programs, promotions and incentives to drive memberships and retail sales
  • Lead, direct and collaborate with the operations field team
  • Create, maintain and evaluate the company's SOPs to promote continual growth
  • Open new sites driving the company standards and values from day one
  • Monitor labor and scheduling ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Review the P&L for each location advocating ways to meet company goals
  • Ensure each location is properly staffed in collaboration with Human Resources
  • Collaborate with the training department.
  • Recruit, build and lead high performing teams with highly engaged leaders.
  • Stay in tune with latest trends and technology in the car wash industry
  • Build relationships throughout the car wash industry
