About The Position

This is an opportunity to own and define the marketing narrative for a rapidly growing, AI-first enterprise SaaS platform. We are looking for a hands-on VP of Marketing with a history of successfully building and scaling a B2B marketing function from the ground up in a growth stage company as we bring our next-gen platform to the world. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for someone who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As the VP of Marketing you’ll be working directly with our CEO to define, build, and execute the company's global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and market leadership. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead our teams responsible for: Driving Growth: Ensuring the company takes all steps required to meet and exceed revenue targets Defining and Evolving Brand Identity: Clarifying Kizen’s market position, narrative, and voice to resonate with enterprise decision-makers in target industries. Demand Generation: Creating and managing multi-channel campaigns to deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads and accelerate pipeline growth. Building a World-Class Team: Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing marketing team across all functions (content, product, digital, operations). Enabling Sales Success: Partnering closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, collateral, and go-to-market strategies. Developing Verticalized GTM Channels & Funnels : Specializing in Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial services to start - though we’d expect you to work with the team to identify other verticals to target in the future as well.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience , with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a marketing function from an early stage to significant ARR (e.g., $1M to $10M+, or $10M+ to $100M+).
  • Deep expertise across the full marketing mix: brand, content, demand generation, digital, social, and product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and proven ability to build a high-volume, high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Data-driven decision maker, highly proficient in marketing analytics, reporting, and attribution models.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Experience marketing AI, workflow automation, or other complex enterprise technology products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, willing to execute campaigns directly while also thinking strategically.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership Own and evangelize the company's core messaging, market positioning, and brand narrative globally.
  • Establish Kizen as a visionary thought leader in the AI and workflow automation space through compelling content, press, and analyst relations.
  • Demand Generation & Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven strategy for all performance marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and events.
  • Manage the marketing budget with a clear focus on maximizing ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Establish and report on key marketing KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, Pipeline Influence) to the executive team.
  • Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Lead the Product Marketing function, ensuring the company's product features, use cases, and value proposition are clearly articulated to the market and sales team.
  • Develop high-impact sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and competitive intelligence materials.
  • Team Leadership & Operations Hire, coach, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and accountability.
  • Select, implement, and manage the essential marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, Marketing Automation, analytics tools).
