We are looking for a hands-on VP of Marketing with a history of successfully building and scaling a B2B marketing function from the ground up in a growth stage company as we bring our next-gen platform to the world. As the VP of Marketing you’ll be working directly with our CEO to define, build, and execute the company's global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and market leadership. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead our teams responsible for: Driving Growth: Ensuring the company takes all steps required to meet and exceed revenue targets Defining and Evolving Brand Identity: Clarifying Kizen’s market position, narrative, and voice to resonate with enterprise decision-makers in target industries. Demand Generation: Creating and managing multi-channel campaigns to deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads and accelerate pipeline growth. Building a World-Class Team: Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing marketing team across all functions (content, product, digital, operations). Enabling Sales Success: Partnering closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, collateral, and go-to-market strategies. Developing Verticalized GTM Channels & Funnels : Specializing in Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial services to start - though we’d expect you to work with the team to identify other verticals to target in the future as well.
