About The Position

iClosed is building the Shopify of high-ticket sales. We’re the profit maximization platform for teams running paid traffic to phone sales — coaches, agencies, SaaS, info businesses doing serious volume. We solve a problem most people don’t even know exists: 70% of leads drop off before they book a call. We capture them. We route them to the right closers. We fix attribution that’s been broken for years. And now we’re deploying AI SDRs to automate the entire top-of-funnel. Our customers are sophisticated operators running real sales teams. They stay because the product actually works. Product-market fit is proven. The gap is marketing infrastructure. We need someone who’s done this before to build the engine. This isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve built marketing from zero. Not once — multiple times, across different business models. You’ve written the VSL that bombed, rewrote it at 2am, and watched it scale to millions. You’ve felt the pain of a phone sales team drowning in no-shows and fixed it. You’ve launched agency offers, scaled ecom brands, taken SaaS products from nothing to real revenue. You didn’t just “manage” marketing. You wrote the ads. You wrote the scripts. You sat in the war room when everything broke and figured it out. You built the team that scaled it. Now you have playbooks. Not theory. Battle-tested systems that work because you’ve already made every mistake and solved every problem. That’s who we’re looking for.

Requirements

  • $20M+ in revenue generated across your marketing career. Not managed. Generated. From offers you built, copy you wrote, funnels you created.
  • Built marketing for at least 3 of these 4 business models: Ecommerce, Agency, Phone Sales / High-Ticket, SaaS. You understand how marketing fundamentally changes across each — because you’ve done it.
  • Wrote the copy yourself. VSLs, ads, email sequences, sales scripts. Not “directed a team.” Wrote. The best CMOs started as the person doing the work.
  • Scaled with a team. You’ve hired, built, and managed marketing teams. You know how to get leverage from people — employees, contractors, freelancers.
  • Have playbooks. Documented, repeatable systems. Launch playbooks. Content SOPs. Funnel frameworks. AI workflows. Not in your head — written down and usable by others.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging — Translate product into money language. Our ICP is sophisticated operators who’ve heard every pitch. They respond to ROI math, not feature lists.
  • Full-Funnel Marketing — Ads, landing pages, VSLs, email, retargeting. You’ve built these systems before. Now build them for us.
  • Tracking & Monitoring Performance — You understand numbers, which KPIs to track and how to move the needle.
  • Partnerships & Distribution — Affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, co-marketing. Build leverage that compounds.
  • Self-Serve Growth — Trial conversion, onboarding, activation. Make the product sell itself.
  • Team & Operations — Build the marketing function. Hire. Create systems. Scale output without scaling headcount proportionally.
