As Vice President of Marketing, you will lead SafelyYou’s end-to-end marketing strategy, owning how we build demand, shape our brand, and drive measurable growth across the business. You are accountable for aligning brand, product marketing, demand generation, ABM, content, and events into a cohesive, high-performing marketing engine that supports pipeline growth, revenue outcomes, and long-term market leadership. Central to this role is defining and owning SafelyYou’s narrative, ensuring we tell a clear, compelling, and consistent story about who we are, the value we deliver, and why we matter in the market. You will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership to translate company strategy into clear priorities, investments, and execution. This role requires a leader who can set vision, build and develop strong marketing leaders, and balance strategic depth with operational discipline. At SafelyYou, your work will define how our story is told both internally and externally, shape our presence in the market, and continue to build on the strong trust SafelyYou has established across the industry.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership across brand, demand, and go-to-market, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams with clear ownership, strong operating cadence, and measurable business impact.
  • Deep experience owning marketing strategy and narrative, with the ability to align internal teams and external audiences around a clear, compelling story.
  • Strong revenue orientation, with demonstrated success driving pipeline growth and partnering closely with Sales in complex, enterprise sales motions.
  • Strategic and analytical leader who uses data, metrics, and insight to guide investment, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and motivated by building durable marketing systems that scale with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own SafelyYou’s overall marketing strategy, spanning brand, product marketing, demand generation, ABM, content, communications, and events, with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Define and evolve SafelyYou’s internal and external narrative and positioning, ensuring a clear, consistent, and compelling story across teams, channels, and audiences.
  • Lead demand generation and growth strategy in close partnership with Sales, aligning marketing programs to revenue goals, target accounts, and sales motion.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing leadership team, setting clear priorities, operating cadence, and standards of excellence across functions.
  • Lead and oversee go-to-market execution, launches, and field readiness across the portfolio, in close partnership with Product leadership.
  • Establish marketing investment priorities, manage budgets, and allocate resources to maximize impact and return.
  • Define success metrics and dashboards for marketing performance, using data and insights to continuously refine strategy and execution.
  • Serve as a senior cross-functional leader and executive partner, influencing company strategy and ensuring marketing is tightly aligned with business priorities.
  • Act as a visible leader for SafelyYou’s brand in the market, supporting thought leadership, key events, and strategic external moments.
