Ensures the food service provided for the all communities meets and/or exceeds company standards while maintaining compliance with HACCP, OSHA, state and federal regulations. This role involves designing, planning, and implementing standards, policies, and programs that positively impact the day-to-day operations of kitchens and dining venues. The VP of Hospitality will solicit feedback, maintain a quality assurance program for resident meals, and provide ongoing training to kitchen and service personnel. A key aspect is ensuring safe and sanitary food storage, handling, and preparation, as well as developing menus, recipes, and costing documentation. This position also involves working with vendors, improving food service quality, and ensuring appetizing and timely food delivery. The role includes visiting residents, preparing for special events, maintaining clean and safe kitchen environments, and participating in the recruitment and training of directors of hospitality. Additionally, the VP of Hospitality will lead on VIP events, special openings, and ensure adherence to all company standards and safety regulations.
