About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional VP of Growth Marketing to spearhead our growth strategy and drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth tactics, optimizing our marketing funnel, and scaling our user base across multiple channels.

Requirements

Proven track record of driving growth and scaling user acquisition in consumer technology
Strong grasp of growth strategies, tactics, and cross-channel best practices
Skilled at managing projects, teams, and budgets in fast-paced environments
Excellent communicator and leader with an entrepreneurial, innovative approach
10+ years of growth or marketing experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize opportunities that can create meaningful impact, informed by data and experimentation
understand broader industry trends in a rapidly evolving space
Lead and mentor a team, encouraging a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement - assess the performance of your team, promote when earned, fire when needed.
plan and run a clean hiring process that meets the core values of the company and delivers the skillset you need
report to senior leadership weekly on key performance metrics across channels
drive strategic decisions on your team - you set the high level strategy for growth + you manage your budget
