Requirements

Significant experience in accounting, finance, or financial leadership roles
Experience leading accounting and finance teams
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience
Track record of improving processes, controls, and operational efficiency
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the accounting and finance team
Establish budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Improve financial reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking
Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and financial oversight
Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
Evaluate systems, processes, and technology to improve efficiency
Assess organizational structure and help optimize onshore and offshore resources
Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with applicable standards
Support leadership with decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
