$250,000 - $300,000Onsite

About The Position

This role is for a VP of Engineering who has scaled engineering teams building mission-critical fintech platforms, knows how to ship fast without creating technical debt, and can translate product vision into systems, teams, and execution. The ideal candidate thrives where AI, data, and real-world financial impact intersect. This role exists because the platform is scaling in users, data, and technical ambition. The VP will lead multiple squads across AI, backend, data systems, and infrastructure, with the goal of building a world-class engineering organization that ships reliably. This role requires an in-office leadership presence and is for individuals who prefer high ownership, low bureaucracy, clear priorities, and fast execution, with open technical debate and strong accountability. It is not for those who prefer slow cycles, heavy process, or purely managerial roles.
