About The Position

HIT, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Brain Injury Services to lead one of North Dakota’s premier rehabilitation programs serving individuals with brain injuries and complex care needs. This is an executive role focused on shaping lives, inspiring teams, and driving innovation in compassionate, person-centered care.

Requirements

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in North Dakota
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Four to ten years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all Brain Injury Services operations, staff, and strategic initiatives (20-bed SNF, 10-bed Basic Care facility, and 60 total staff).
  • Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams across nursing, therapies, residential services, and administration.
  • Drive program growth, compliance, budgeting, and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to expand rehabilitation excellence statewide.
  • Serve as a respected community ambassador and advocate for brain injury services.
