Were seeking a proven business builderentrepreneur or intrapreneurto create and scale a portfolio across resident services, board services, and financial services. This is a general-manager remit: identify opportunities, design offers, launch pilots, stand up operations, and own P&L performanceturning concepts into durable, board-credible, resident-valued revenue streams. The VP, New Services & Operations (or VP, Growth Strategy & Operations, or VP, New Revenue & Operations) reports to the Chief Growth & Transformation Officer, has broad exposure to the executive leadership team, and partners closely with community operations at CCMC and across acquired portfolio companies.
