This role leads the global service strategy, operations, and execution for the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) organization. What You’ll Do: Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development: Build and lead a global services organization of field operations, service product management, services execution and engineering professionals Define and execute global services strategy that supports customer satisfaction, business growth, and service differentiation. Assess and evolve organizational structure, talent, and capabilities to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused global team. Promote a culture aligned with Entegris’ mission and PACE values. Customer Experience & Retention: Champion the global customer journey and lead continuous improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Partnering closely with APS Business Unit leaders, strengthen relationships with key customers and lead resolution of critical escalations. Ensure service offerings deliver differentiated value aligned with evolving customer needs. Financial & Operational Accountability: Own the P&L for the Global Services organization, including strategic planning and annual budgeting. Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, KPIs, dashboards, and global training. Develop innovative service offerings aligned to market trends and technology advancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, R&D, Operations, Product Management, and regional leaders to align service strategy with enterprise goals. Bring customer insights to influence product roadmaps and serviceability. Represent Global Services on the Entegris Leadership Team. Governance, Compliance & Values: Ensure all teams adhere to Entegris compliance policies, Code of Ethics, and operating standards. Model PACE values and foster an inclusive, ethical, and safety-driven culture.
