About The Position

This role is responsible for cultivating EXL's presence in the market and growing business development opportunities with new clients with whom the company has not had previous significant contact. The successful candidate must have specific experience as an individual contributor selling BPO & Advisory services into the Hi-Tech client industries. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility in the organization. Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in Data & Analytics/SI/GSI/BPO, or SaaS/Software & Platforms will be a good fit for this role.

Requirements

  • Specific experience as an individual contributor selling BPO & Advisory services into the Hi-Tech client industries
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in Data & Analytics/SI/GSI/BPO, or SaaS/Software & Platforms
  • 8 - 12 years experience as an individual contributor selling new business for a BPO and / or Top 10 Advisory Consulting firm
  • Last few recent years focused on selling Consulting, Advisory, and BPO services into Hi-Tech clients
  • Experience with deals equal to or greater than $5M ACV/ ARR

Benefits

  • Base salary ranges: $190k - $250k
  • Total compensation includes base salary, sales rewards & commission plan, and RSU's
