JOB SUMMARY The Vice President, National Commercial Services & Business Development is responsible for leading the Company’s Commercial and Land Services business at a national level in addition to business development and revenue growth. This role serves as the primary sales executive and relationship owner for the builder’s land acquisition and commercial title business-driving increased utilization of the Company’s in-house title services. In parallel, the VP provides senior leadership oversight of the Commercial and Land Services operation, ensuring the organization is positioned to scale responsibly as volume grows. Reporting into executive leadership, this role bridges builder-facing commercial strategy with internal operational execution, aligning revenue growth, geographic expansion, risk management, and client experience.
