The Marketing Technology & Growth Enablement lead has oversight of four specialized teams-Digital Marketing & Campaign Services, Marketing Technology, Marketing Data & Analytics, and Growth Support. This leader will drive enterprise growth by enabling sales success through lead generation, optimized campaign performance, robust analytics, and support for Open Enrollment (OE) initiatives. The role is responsible for orchestrating the execution of multi-channel marketing efforts, enabling data-driven decision-making, and fostering collaboration across the E&I marketing function. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires within 30 minutes of an office in Minnesota or Washington, D.C., you'll be required to work a minimum of four days per week in-office. Preferred location is Minnetonka, MN.
