Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in telecom, cable, or related industries
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, building and leading high-impact teams
  • Proven success in market expansion, business development, or GTM strategy
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, comfortable owning ROI models and performance metrics
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to influence at all levels, from local stakeholders to executive leadership

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute WOW!’s greenfield expansion strategy, identifying and prioritizing high-impact markets
  • Develop long-term growth plans aligned to enterprise objectives
  • Own and evolve investment models to ensure strong ROI and value creation
  • Lead go-to-market strategies tailored to each market, including pricing, marketing, and sales channel execution
  • Set and deliver against subscriber growth, revenue, and margin targets
  • Partner with Commercial and Revenue teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with Construction to align build plans, timelines, and cost efficiency
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless market entry and scalability
  • Engage with local stakeholders and officials to support successful launches
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on accountability, execution, and results
