VP & Legal Counsel
About The Position
An outstanding, full-time Vice President (Legal Counsel) position has become available at a highly reputable law firm near the Pembroke, NH area. This position would be working closely with various nonprofit organizations to introduce state-of-the-art original IP legal service software while supporting the firm’s low-cost estate planning services to the community. A generous base salary would be provided along with great benefit options including dental, PTO, reimbursement for nationwide travel, as well as numerous opportunities for growth and a robust career path.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior Executive or Upper Management position is a MUST
- Active bar admission is a MUST
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with Business Development / Marketing for SAAS-related products is a BIG PLUS
- Familiarity with Intellectual Property Protection (IPP) is a BIG PLUS
- Demonstrated passion for OR prior experience in providing legal aid for lower income families is a BIG PLUS
- Experience with Estate Planning, Wills, Probates, Trusts, Power of Attorney (POA), etc. is a BIG PLUS
