About The Position

This executive leadership role sits at the intersection of law, technology, AI, and business strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and a visible thought leader in the legal technology market. The VP Legal Advisory will lead and scale Icertis' global Legal Advisory function, helping corporate legal departments, General Counsel, and legal operations leaders leverage Contract Intelligence and AI to transform legal operations and business outcomes. The role requires close partnership with Sales, Solution Advisory, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth, shape product innovation, and strengthen Icertis' market leadership. The successful candidate will build and lead a team of Legal Advisors, establish scalable operating models and methodologies, and create a global strategy to support customer engagement, legal transformation, and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in law, technology, AI, and business strategy.
• Proven ability to lead and scale a global function.
