About The Position
The Vice President of Internal Affairs will foster relationships within Sauder, including CUS clubs, services, and programs. The role is focused on internal collaboration and ensuring SSU’s visibility and engagement across the broader student body. This role typically requires 5 hours per week, with up to 10 hours per week in September/January. The term of employment is August 2026 - April 2027.
Requirements
- Comfortable engaging with different UBC services and clubs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and proactive
- Interest in internal engagement and team culture

- Interest in HR or internal strategy
Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with CUS services and Sauder clubs
- Coordinate SSU’s presence at CUS events
- Help organize collaborative initiatives with internal groups
- Promote SSU through internal communication channels
