The Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for leading HR strategy and support for Corporate Functions and for overseeing the Employee Relations, Employee Service Center and the HR Compliance organizations. This role provides leadership to ensure effective workforce planning, talent strategy, compliance, culture, and consistent employee relations practices aligned with enterprise programs and policies. The position partners closely with executive leadership, HR functional leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, and a consistent, values-driven employee experience.
