This is a greenfield initiative: we are building a 1099 independent agent network from scratch, powered by in-person educational seminars, direct mail acquisition, and a CRM-driven sales process. The VP, Head of Agent Distribution, will be the architect and operator of a new business unit at AGIA. You will build the entire infrastructure: the agent network, the market expansion playbook, the seminar operations model, and the regional leadership team that executes it.
