We’re looking for a VP of Growth focused on established companies to join our team. The Role As VP of Growth, you will architect and lead Red Antler’s outbound new business strategy from the ground up. Your mandate: create and implement a best-in-class process that enables our team to systematically identify, evaluate, and win the right opportunities. You’ll design the frameworks and guide our internal teams so everyone knows where we’re going and how we’ll get there. You’ll bring proven executive experience in building new business pipelines and outbound GTMs for leading agencies or creative organizations. You know how to design strategies that move beyond passive inquiry, proactively cultivating new relationships, opening doors with C-suite leaders at established, enterprise-scale companies.
