NinjaTrader is seeking a senior growth marketing leader to own and scale the company’s end-to-end customer acquisition and growth engine. This role is responsible for defining growth strategy, leading teams responsible for execution, and managing significant marketing investment to drive efficient, measurable customer acquisition. This leader will bring deep experience scaling D2C growth engines, operating at meaningful spend levels, and demonstrating strong ROI, CAC efficiency, and sustainable growth. The role partners closely with Product, Analytics, Finance, and NinjaTrader’s Business Units.
