About The Position

This role oversees Business Center Managers and/or Site Leads, ensuring leadership continuity and addressing personnel and administrative matters across assigned markets. The position serves as the company's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in white glove applications, advising during the pricing process for new opportunities and supporting customers, particularly for larger white glove engagements. Collaboration with high-performing managers of white glove services is key to developing customer- and location-specific best practices. These efforts will drive performance improvements, facilitate appropriate training, enhance BI reporting, and enable ongoing performance reviews to achieve customer excellence.

  • Oversee 4-5 Business Center Managers and/or Site Leads, ensuring leadership continuity and addressing personnel and administrative matters across assigned markets.
  • Serve as the company’s SME in white glove applications, advising during the pricing process for new opportunities and supporting JWL customers, particularly for larger white glove engagements.
  • Collaborate with high-performing managers of white glove services within JWL to develop customer- and location-specific best practices.
  • Drive performance improvements, facilitate appropriate training, enhance BI reporting, and enable ongoing performance reviews to achieve customer excellence.
