The Vice President Finance will be a strategic and operationally focused finance leader responsible for leading financial operations, budget and capital planning and management, and financial transformation across the Hospital system. This leader will possess expertise in analytics and drive accountability, optimize performance, and foster integration between hospital and other Redeemer Health divisions while supporting the ministry's broader strategic and operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in analytics and financial operations, with a strong ability to collaborate across departments to optimize financial performance and support strategic business objectives. This position is responsible for the Healthcare Delivery division in the preparation and use of financial statements, budgets, data analytics and business intelligence to effect positive financial performance as well as operational improvements of the assigned business lines: Holy Redeemer Hospital/HRPAS (Medical Group)/IWA/CCC (Value-Based Care) and ASC and other related joint ventures. The position will collaborate with operations leaders in the HCD as well as provide synergy in revenue cycle, statistical reporting, financial statement consolidation, data analytics and forecasting models and overall financial performance of the HCD (Healthcare Division).
