About The Position

PragerU is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and culturally fluent Vice-President of Hispanic content (Español) for our new division to lead the growth and distribution of our Spanish-language content lines. This leader will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives audience acquisition, engagement, and brand loyalty across Spanish-speaking communities in the U.S. and abroad.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of content/marketing experience, with significant leadership responsibility
  • Proven success in growing digital media brands or consumer audiences
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English
  • Deep understanding of Hispanic/Latino cultures and media consumption habits
  • Strong experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, and content marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for PragerU’s mission and values

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall content, distribution and marketing strategy for PragerU Español, aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee the fundraising efforts for this new program
  • Manage and mentor the Hispanic division team members, including content personalities, marketing and production staff
  • Partner cross-functionally with content, social, paid media, and partnerships teams from our general marketing team
  • Drive subscriber and viewership growth across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.)
  • Identify and execute strategies to reach diverse Spanish-speaking audiences
  • Establish and refine the PragerU Español brand voice and positioning
  • Develop strategic partnerships with influencers, organizations, and media outlets in the Spanish-speaking space
  • Build grassroots and digital community engagement initiatives
  • Represent PragerU Español externally as a thought leader and brand ambassador
