Bilingual HR Assistant – Spanish Required
Lakeside Foods is hiring a bilingual HR Assistant to support our Spanish‑speaking employees. Spanish fluency is required and used daily.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, explaining information clearly, and working in a people‑focused environment.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English (required)
• High school diploma (Associate’s a plus)
• HR, office, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret Spanish ↔ English
• Help employees understand benefits, policies, and payroll
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and hiring support
• Translate safety training and HR documents
• Provide day‑to‑day HR and administrative support
