Requirements

3+ years of contested family law experience
Active Texas Bar license
Strong communication and courtroom presence
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
Experience handling family law cases in Spanish

Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload with strategy and ownership
Represent clients in hearings, mediation, and trial
Help families navigate high-stakes, emotional decisions
Negotiate when possible, litigate when necessary
Apply the Texas Family Code with confidence
Be part of a team that works together, not in silos
