About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field with 10+ years of product design experience in a manufacturing setting. BA in Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Design experience with electro/mechanical products and control systems.
• Proven track record of successful product development and new product launches.
• Experience working with suppliers and customers to create solutions for custom customer applications.
• Ethical and respectful, must be able to represent a company that is built on integrity.
• Personally driven with a track record of success. Effective time management skills managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Highly-analytical with the ability to innovate simple solutions resolving complex customer requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to participate productively in a multi-disciplined team environment to satisfy project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to:
• Develop new products rapidly and effectively
• Provide excellent technical support to our customers
• Support operations with engineering documentation and VA/VE efforts
• Development of efficient engineering processes and documentation procedures
• Encourage the growth and development of Engineering personnel
• Collaborate with all departments to drive increased profitability and customer satisfaction
• Work with the Product Managers and Divisional Management to develop project scope and priorities
