About The Position
This executive leadership role, reporting to the EVP, Global CIO, will drive the strategy, modernization, governance, and operational excellence of the company's enterprise platforms, including ERP, HCM, EPM, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Shared Services technologies. The role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide technology strategy, partnering directly with the CIO and senior executives, and leading high-impact transformation initiatives. The position is based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work environment.
Requirements
- Executive leadership experience managing enterprise applications and business systems
- Expertise in ERP, HCM, EPM, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Shared Services platforms
- Strong background in IT governance, vendor management, and technology investment planning
- Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise platform strategy, delivery, and transformation initiatives
- Oversee IT governance, technology investments, vendor management, and procurement
- Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Security, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture leaders
- Drive operational excellence, portfolio management, executive reporting, and business alignment
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO, helping execute the Global IT strategy and transformation agenda
