The VP, Associate Creative Director, Copy is a senior creative leader responsible for helping drive agency growth through new business development, strategic storytelling, and high-impact pitch leadership. This individual serves as a key creative partner in identifying, shaping, and winning new opportunities by developing compelling narratives, differentiated agency positioning, and persuasive presentations that showcase BGB's strategic and creative capabilities. Success in this role requires the ability to wear multiple hats and orchestrate multiple workstreams within each pitch opportunity.
