About The Position

This role involves developing and partnering with key business lines/stakeholders and IT resources to create joint strategic roadmaps for integration solutions that support business goals while delivering speed, efficiency, and security. The position drives delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics, and leverages industry-proven frameworks. It also promotes and develops a culture of technology innovation, staying updated on current trends and emerging technology solutions, and providing training opportunities. The role requires partnering with leaders across the organization to develop overall roadmap strategy, establishing ongoing relationships to ensure balance between Technology and SECU business line initiatives/roadmaps, and maintaining a focus on organization change management/readiness. Additionally, it involves supporting the modernization of technologies and solutions, building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring effective management of key relationships, holding vendors accountable to defined SLAs and contractual commitments, and managing the financial aspects of vendor engagements. Finally, the role provides direct people management, coaching, and mentorship to the Enterprise Integration team, ensuring associates receive proper training, development opportunities, and effective feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 7 direct years of experience
  • An additional 1 year in a supervisory, lead or mentor role

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2 direct years of experience people managing a team of 5+ application development resources

Responsibilities

  • Develop and partner with key business lines/stakeholders and IT resources to develop joint strategic roadmaps.
  • Ensure integration solutions support business goals while delivering speed, efficiency, and security.
  • Conduct regular roadmap reviews with partner IT and business units to ensure full coverage across the project portfolio.
  • Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Leverage industry proven frameworks to deliver continuous improvement and support enterprise priorities.
  • Promote and develop a culture which embraces technology innovation.
  • Stay up to date on current trends and emerging technology solutions.
  • Provide training opportunities for leadership and staff to ensure teams are prepared for the future.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization in development of overall roadmap strategy.
  • Establish ongoing relationships to ensure balance between Technology and SECU business line initiatives/roadmap.
  • Maintain a large focus on organization change management/readiness, including effective challenges to legacy processes and practices.
  • Support the modernization of technologies and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationship with current and potential engagements.
  • Ensure team is effectively managing key relationships.
  • Hold vendors accountable to defined SLA and contractual commitments, while maintaining professional working relationship.
  • Responsible for financial management of vendor engagements and recurring cost.
  • Provide direct people management, coaching, and mentorship to members of Enterprise Integration team.
  • Ensure associates receive proper training, development opportunities, and effective and timely feedback.
