The position drives delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics, and leverages industry-proven frameworks. It also promotes and develops a culture of technology innovation, staying updated on current trends and emerging technology solutions, and providing training opportunities. The role requires partnering with leaders across the organization to develop overall roadmap strategy, establishing ongoing relationships to ensure balance between Technology and SECU business line initiatives/roadmaps, and maintaining a focus on organization change management/readiness. Additionally, it involves supporting the modernization of technologies and solutions, building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring effective management of key relationships, holding vendors accountable to defined SLAs and contractual commitments, and managing the financial aspects of vendor engagements. Finally, the role provides direct people management, coaching, and mentorship to the Enterprise Integration team, ensuring associates receive proper training, development opportunities, and effective feedback.
