About The Position

The Voyager 47 Concierge assists guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures while exemplifying the image of “Aloha.” The role attends to the needs of Voyager 47 club lounge guests and supports daily lounge operations, including set-up and breakdown, and preparing food and beverages for breakfast, cocktail hour, and additional meal services. The concierge also assists with ordering and monitoring food and beverage inventories, equipment, and supplies needed for smooth operations. Guest interactions should reflect the stated “4 keys.”

Requirements

• Able to work flexible days and shifts.
• Strong service-oriented attitude.
• Able to work well with others.
• TB Clearance issued within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures while exemplifying the image of “Aloha.”
• Attend to the needs of all Voyager 47 club lounge guests.
• Set up and break down daily lounge operations.
• Prepare food and beverages for morning breakfast, cocktail hour, and additional meal period services.
• Assist with ordering and monitoring food and beverage inventories, equipment, and supplies.
• Practice the “4 keys” in all guest interactions.
