About The Position

The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is a full-time, paid program designed for recent university graduates to foster leadership skills and prepare them for successful careers at Marriott International. This award-winning program combines hands-on, discipline-specific training with a leadership-focused curriculum, taking place in a Marriott managed hotel rather than a classroom. It is offered in over 50 countries and across various disciplines including Accounting, Banquets, Culinary, Event Operations, Event Planning, Facilities Management/Engineering, Food & Beverage Operations, Front Office/Front Desk, Information Technology, Rooms Operations, and Sales. Participants gain access to senior leaders and coaches, engage in mini-rotations, and connect with other participants globally. The unique journey spans 12 months, immersing participants in Marriott's culture and global brands to learn industry excellence. Graduates are well-prepared for supervisory or entry-level management roles.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past 24 months
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent higher level education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)
  • Superior critical-thinking & interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to foster relationships & work collaboratively
  • The ability to self-manage & be a self-starter
  • A real desire for personal & professional growth
  • Work authorization in the country you apply
  • Those currently enrolled in a college/university with an expected graduation date between December 2026-August 2027 may also be considered.
