Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Captivate experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering training to new and existing CGI PBCA team partners on all processes related to Voucher Processing.
  • Creating training materials, supporting partner mentoring and development activities, coordinating workshops, maintaining vouchering documentation and eLearning content, and ensuring all materials reflect current HUD requirements, policies, procedures, and software updates.
  • Creating new training as policies, procedures, system features, or HUD guidance evolve.
  • Supporting mentoring and development activities for new and existing partners.
  • Delivering in-person trainings and workshops as needed, providing a professional, engaging, and supportive learning environment for team partners.
  • Conducting virtual trainings and meetings on camera as required, maintaining a professional and engaging presence in all live sessions.
  • Updating procedural manuals in response to major policy, procedure, or vouchering software changes.
  • Updating voucher training PowerPoints to ensure current processes are included in new hire training.
  • Maintaining written documentation of training materials, class rosters, evaluations, and assessment results.
  • Updating and monitoring tracking databases to support reporting and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Collaborating with the Voucher Training and Compliance Manager and Business Operations Analyst on testing and development of system enhancements.
  • Reporting issues related to timely voucher processing.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with Operations Managers, Finance Managers, Quality Assurance, and Business Analysts to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
  • Supporting new business initiatives as opportunities arise.
  • Developing expertise in voucher concepts and processing and serving as a resource for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with PBCA invoice tasks as needed.
  • Serving as a point of contact for assigned jurisdictions regarding voucher processing questions and guidance.
  • Working with Financial Analysts, Operations Staff, and Business Analysts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of HUD regulations, guidelines, handbooks, and notices.
  • Identifying procedural and system related risks and notifying appropriate departments.
  • Maintaining effective communication and responsiveness with CGI personnel.
  • Assisting with vouchering workshops and presenting topics based on trends from training, work order requests, and voucher denials.
  • Participating in PBCA testing and system migration teams.
  • Working with PBCA partners to resolve voucher discrepancies and transmission issues.
