About The Position

The Florida Democratic Party is hiring Voter Registration Organizers in counties across the state. These organizers will assist the FDP in registering voters, coordinating events, and supporting voter registration fellows in their region. The role involves 25 hours of work per week and is an election position lasting through November 2026. Compensation is $15/hour. Responsibilities

• Coordinate voter registration programming.
• Support fellows by organizing voter registration events across your region.
• Run voter registration operations.
• Plan and execute voter registration canvassing and events to reach young people in your community.
• Track and report results accurately and on time.
• Keep careful records of voter registrations, student contacts, and event outcomes.
• Flag when you're falling behind, propose solutions, and learn from what's working and what isn't.
