About The Position

Revolution Field Strategies is seeking canvassers to participate in voter registration programs in the Philadelphia metro area and surrounding collar counties. As a canvasser, you will visit high traffic public areas and register Pennsylvania residents to vote. This is an entry-level position with no experience necessary. Canvassers earn $22-$24/hr or up to $850+ per week. Paid training is provided. We are looking for leadership, with promotions available. Canvassing with Revolution Field Strategies is right for you if you want to impact change in your community and state by helping members of your community get registered to vote. This is a great way to get involved and support voter participation! You're looking for flexible hours; you can choose which days you work each week and can work part-time or full time. This is an ideal entry-level job to gain critical professional experience. We have a team of veteran leadership to learn from in order to jumpstart your career in community outreach, civic engagement, or any other field. The location for this position will be in person in the Greater Philadelphia Area and Collar Counties.

Requirements

• Must have the physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods (up to 6 hours per day) while meeting and talking to people.
• Ability to memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared and provided.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly conversation goals.
• Understand how to use a cell phone to track and submit data.
• Must have access to reliable personal transportation.
